• Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) with Successful completion of six months Integrated curriculum of Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) OR
• B.Sc (Nursing)/ Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing)/ General Nurse and Midwifery (GNM) Passed with completed Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH).
